Nursing, radiography, emergency first aid, physiotherapy, and other courses that complement medical work but do not require a fully qualified doctor are examples of paramedical courses. These services are often known as emergency or pre-hospital care. Paramedical diploma programs are available in addition to degree programs. For paramedical programs, the AIIMS has its own entrance examination. There are paramedical certificate and diploma programs accessible after completing the tenth grade. Nursing, Occupational Therapy Technician Diploma, Medical Laboratory Technician Diploma, B.Sc. in Radiotherapy, and a variety of other paramedical degrees are well-known.
